Qualifications
We are hiring F & B Manager with 10+ yrs of experience from Hotel Industry. Candidates having experience in 4 or 5 Star Hotels / Resorts would be preferred.
Job and Responsibilities:
Candidate will be heading Food & Beverage department
Responsible for Hiring, training, duty scheduling of F&B service staff & retaining them
Managing all day to day management of the Resorts F&B Operations Restaurants, Banquets & In-room dining
Will be planning menus
He would be monitoring daily hygiene and work practices in all F& B service areas.
Lead the food and beverage team of multiple departments and ensure quality service, product and experiences are delivered.
Meets restaurant financial objectives by achieving the financial targets, controlling costs (food, labor, and administration) and controlling inventory.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation & minimizing wastage.
Devising methods & strategies to enhance F&B sales
Assisting the Chef in improvement in presentations on Buffets in outlets & Banquets
Doing the budgeting & Forecasting of sales & expenses for F&B department and its P&L
Ensure guest satisfaction, quality and customer-service standards are adhered to at all times.
Preferred Skills
Desired Candidate:
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
Professional with excellent exposure in 4 or 5 star hotels / resorts with good Banquet operations having 10+ yrs of experience
Should be a good leader & trainer.
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from an IHM.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of food & beverage products.
Should have refined skills in public relations.
Candidate must be aware of Management functions and have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
