Fax the DBR to Taj sales and advertising.
Indent for stationary and medicines (fortnightly).
Make the end of shift report.
Give the handover to the next shift.
Reporting relationships
Report to the Duty Manager.
Room service in the case of a room change so that the in house dining orders reach the concerned guest.

Read the log book, and follow up any guest demands or requests. (room change, guest complain)
Check the arrival list
Handle the guest check-ins.
Greet the regular guests by name.
Hand the pre- filled registration card to him and take his signature on the same.
Make the key for the room and show him the way to the elevators.
Give a blank reg. card to a first time guest, take his signature on the same and ask for his visiting card. Fill in the details in the reg. Card.
Asks for the day of departure and mode of payment. In case of the payment by credit card, take down the details.
