Excellent Knowledge in housekeeping field Excellent Communication Skills Excellent computer skills Excellent Proficiency in Opera or Fidelio or related property management software. Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Key tasks Oversees and directs all aspects of operations and demonstrates skills in leadership, initiative, problem solving, prioritizing, delegation, training and developing subordinates, goal setting and being goal oriented Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of guest floors and public area as per LRA standards.Responsible for Responsible to take decisions related to guest delight and situation handling. Responsible to make necessary changes in standard operating procedure. You check the cleanliness and layout of bedrooms and common areas (corridors, stairways...). You check that nothing is missing and manage stocks of products and supplies. You may be in charge of purchasing products and materials.
