Expected to handle HR functions like short listing candidates, arranging the interview, preliminary screening by telephonic interview, performance appraisal, Remuneration Policies and to Prepare Salary revision proposals, Statutory Compliance, MIS and exit interviews etc.

Need to execute all aspects of the Recruitment Process . 

Conducting reference checks for potential candidates on prescribed format.

Need to execute & facilitate Training & Induction processes.

Providing all related documents (including employee standing orders) to the new joinee & guiding him/her through the joining process.

Responsible for preparation of Appointment / Confirmation / Transfer/ Promotion/ Resignation Acceptance / experience Letters for regular Employees.

Need to maintain, update & submit all MIS/trackers related to Recruitment /Resignation /training etc as per schedule.

To maintain records including personal records of employees with utmost confidentiality.
