JOining ASAP

1. Handling Incoming & Outgoing calls.

2 .  TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT 

3. Completing all joining formalities of new employees.

4. Completing all formalities of relieving &Issuing relieving &experience letter.

5. Issuing photo ID card to employees & maintain track record of employee attendance.

6. Maintain Inward & Outward register.

7. Assets management & maintain track records of assets.

8. Pantry maintenance & Inventories.

9. Stationary management & keeping the record for the same.

10. Taking care of courier.

11. Keeping the medicine record & keeping record for the same.

12. Maintaining record of reimbursement& advance payments.

13. Handling travel desk &taking care of hotel & cab bookings.

14. Issuing Vendor's cheques.

15. Maintain office petty cash & record of petty cash register.

16. Taking care of hotel bookings for companies' special events.

17. Helping accounts department for salary making.

18. Planning events & activities on some occasions & getting those approved by senior

management.

19. To coordinate with finance department to obtain necessary approval for budget, controlling

cost & keeping the organization on track financially.

20. Managing third party relations.

21. Handling all bank related work.

22. Coordinate for new salary &Demat account openings for employees.

23. Giving description of office policies, procedure & culture to new joining employees.

24. Planning various company operations & activities according to their priority.
