The candidate will be responsible for handling General administration, Preparing report, Handling guest queries, Responsible for hotel staff and guests, To keep general accounts in hotel software, Preparing bills and Overall to manage the hotel. 
 
 
Job and Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will be heading office & will be responsible for all the key activities.
  • Planning and managing regular processes.
  • Interacting with guests and maintaining front desk software.
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  • Training and monitoring staff & planning work schedules for housekeeping.
  • Meeting and greeting customers, dealing with customer complaints and comments.
  • Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
  • Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
  • Carrying out inspections of properties and services.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and calls.
  • Local vendor management.
  • Manages confidential information and materials with discretion at all times.
