Description
      In a defined cluster of 

hotels

      , instituting a "learning" culture. To achieve this in coordination with units and Corporate Training. Implementation of group- wide standardized "training" initiatives. Identification of training needs specific to each 

hotel

    .TNA (Training Needs Analysis) of employees. Facilitating development of training plans. Facilitating actualisation of training plans by conducting and coordinating training/ learning through different methodology. Designing/ Creating training programs (technical, behavioral and managerial) and creating new training modules and manuals. Measurement of training effectiveness and assessment of Departmental Trainers. - Induction training of all new recruits. Administrative - Documentation of training programs conducted, Formulating & managing training budgets. Coordinating with, and timely and accurate training- related MIS to Corporate Training Manager.
