Identification of training needs specific to each hotel.TNA (Training Needs Analysis) of employees. Facilitating development of training plans. Facilitating actualisation of training plans by conducting and coordinating training/learning through different methodology. Designing/Creating training programs (technical, behavioral and managerial) and creating new training modules and manuals. Measurement of training effectiveness and assessment of Departmental Trainers. -Induction training of all new recruits. Administrative - Documentation of training programs conducted, Formulating & managing training budgets. Coordinating with, and timely and accurate training-related MIS to Corporate Training Manager.
