Job Description:

As a Travel Sales Consultant you will be part of one of Canadas fastest growing online retail travel agencies. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:

-Reporting to the Sales Manager to achieve goals

-Working in a state-of the art call center, as part of a dynamic sales team

-Managing high call volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers

-Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals and insurance

-A seasoned travel professional with exceptional GDS knowledge

Required Skills:

- 2-5 years wholesale experience (air)

- Knowledge of Apollo/Sabre a MUST

- Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced call centre environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of Apollo, Sabre and other industry third party software is an asset

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications

- Ability to work well as part of a team
