As a Hotel Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations and inventory on popular OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com. You will also be responsible for online sales and business development, so experience in these areas is a must. In addition, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience within a hotel reservations environment and possess excellent leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
At Voye Homes, we value creative thinking and the ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivating, and has excellent communication skills. You should have a minimum education level of Any Graduate, but a postgraduate degree is preferred.
