As the Manager House Keeping, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Housekeeping department and Laundry (if applicable). You will direct and work with employees to ensure guestrooms, public areas, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. You will also complete inspections and hold employees accountable for corrective action, all while maintaining the operating budget.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities, with a pleasant personality. You will supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures. Additionally, you will focus on continuous improvement and guest satisfaction, responding to and handling any guest problems or complaints.
