We are hiring a Bar Manager for a famous rooftop bar at a leading chain of 5-star hotels and restaurants in Mumbai. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, creating drink and food menus, determining employees' schedules, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean, maintaining the budget and monitoring costs, overseeing planning for special events, appropriately delegating tasks to staff, and being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory of bar supplies and ensure bar is well-stocked
• Create drink and food menus in accordance with the hotel’s standards
• Determine employees’ schedules and ensure that they follow the hotel’s policies
• Ensure that the bar is clean and that all health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintain the budget and monitor costs, including ordering supplies and controlling labor costs
• Oversee planning for special events and functions, ensuring they are executed to a high standard
• Appropriately delegate tasks to staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Be a team player and work collaboratively with other departments in the hotel

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current industry trends and bar techniques
• Ability to manage budgets and costs effectively
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
