Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Hotel Shoppee in Pune! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products to existing and potential dealers, expanding the dealer network, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential new dealers and generate leads through various channels
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions of sales
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products/services
• Collaborate with other managers and support staff to achieve sales targets and promote the overall success of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any domain, Consumer Durables background preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel and attend events
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
